CEDG was selected by the National Development Company of Pennsylvania (NDC) to be a member of the design/build team responsible for the design and construction of a 408 bed off-campus student housing facility for the Lock Haven University Foundation (LHUF). Due to the aggressive nature of the construction schedule, CEDG was tasked with securing preliminary/final land development plan (PFLD) approval from the City of Lock Haven in no more than sixty (60) days. Through extensive "up front" coordination between NDC, CEDG, the project architect and Lock Haven City staff, PFLD was obtained in a total of nine (9) days from date of submission of the plans to receipt of approval from the City of Lock Haven.
