Project Manager – Land Development

The Project Manager should have a BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and 8+ years experience in subdivision, land planning and land development engineering including: site layout and design, grading, utility design, storm water management, erosion control, and preparation of permit applications and engineering reports. PE license is required. The understanding of municipal review, approval process, and ordinance application is required. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Microsoft Office and various engineering applications is required. The candidate has previous experience with directing the design team including consultants, serving as single point of contact for project communications, leading client meetings with confidence, solving problems promptly, monitoring design team performance and project development and reviewing product for compliance with the QA/QC plan.

Project Designer – Land Development

The Project Designer possesses a BS degree in Civil Engineering and has E.I.T. certification. Must have 2-5 years experience including subdivision and land development, municipal engineering, erosion control, and storm water management. A design and construction background as well as a good understanding of the municipal review and approval process are required. The Project Designer has full knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and various engineering applications are a plus. The Project Designer is a team member possessing excellent communication, planning, presentation and organizational skills.

Staff Designer – Land Development

The Staff Designer possesses a BS degree in Civil Engineering and has E.I.T. certification. Must have 0-2 years experience including subdivision and land development, municipal engineering, erosion control, and storm water management. The Staff Designer has full knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and various engineering applications are a plus. The Staff Designer is a team member possessing excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.

CADD Technician

The CADD Technician possesses 5+ years experience and an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Qualifications include previous civil and municipal, or related, engineering experience. Must have experience using AutoCAD Land Development Desktop, Civil Design and Survey Software, and CAD concepts. Must possesses basic knowledge of computers; geometry, trigonometry and math; basic drafting skills; understanding of drafting software and CAD concepts; and the ability to read, interpret and draft plans, profiles, cross sections and details. The CADD Technician is a team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills

Surveyor

The Surveyor is to have a BS degree in Surveying and a minimum of 5 years experience in boundary and topographic, residential, as-built, and A.L.T.A. surveys, construction staking, land division or resurveys; land planning and development is also required. GPS and GIS experience a plus.
